We Think There's an "Unspoken" Rule Amongst Campers

We've camped in about 27 different locations since we bought our travel trailer, and aside from the super nice neighborhood dog-sitter lady that we camped next to in Orlando, we've noticed an overall theme, mantra, behavior, something amongst everyone.....everyone minds their own business. Is this an unspoken law? We seem crazy, because we tend to people watch, and love to check out everyone's set-ups for ideas. Are we breaking this rule?

We've certainly learned some etiquette for rv and camping. I've compiled a random list to basically dumb it down. And don't forget, if you have to question it, more than likely, don't do it!

  1. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS! Rv'ing is definitely one of the most epic ways to meet new friends, however, it's always best to keep pleasantries as such, and stay out of your neighbor's business, unless you totally vibe with them & want to have a drink, or let the kids play together (which is always a super plus!)

  2. STAY OUT OF PEOPLE'S LOTS! I know you can see the laundry room from your rv, but don't cut through anyone's campsite!

  3. PICK UP THE POOP! When you're walking your fur baby, don't be lazy and just do the right thing!

  4. DRIVE SLOW IN THE PARK! Many kids feel comfortable running around and riding their bicycles, so always keep an eye out & adhere to the speed limit!

  5. ADHERE TO THE QUIET HOURS! These walls and parks are built differently, and sound echoes! Don't be the noisy campers that are talking loudly outside. And don't decide to use power tools or honk your car horn at 11pm!
